When are you open?
Our customer service department is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
Will my order ship on the same day that it is placed?
Orders placed before 4 p.m. EST (Monday-Friday) will ship on the same day they are placed.
Can I track my order(s) online?
When logged onto your account, you can access tracking numbers by checking the Orders page.
Do you offer expedited shipping (i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.)?
Yes. We do offer expedited shipping. Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-243-5877 for a quote.
Will you send a product sample before I place an order?
Absolutely. We would be more than happy to send a sample of a product that you are interested in purchasing. To request a sample, please contact customer service at 1-800-243-5877.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong product, just call our customer service department. We will do our best to correct your order and get you the right item.
Can I return a product that I am no longer using?
You may return items at your own expense within one year of the original order. Products must be received back to Paper Roll Supplies in resellable condition. Item must be received back as purchased, in full-unit quantities. Partial package returns will not be accepted.
Will I receive a refund or store credit for a returned item?
Items sent back to us will be refunded within 60 days of purchase and will be refunded at full price. Items sent back after 60 days of purchase are eligible for an account credit, minus a $10 restock fee.
Do you repair or troubleshoot broken printers or cash registers?
Paper Roll Supplies does not offer a repair service for broken machines.
Do you offer a recycling service for used toner/inkjet?
Paper Roll Supplies does not offer a recycling service for used ink and toner.
